The best research tool is your reply folder

Hey Friend,

Happy Tuesday!

A Note from Sharon

You can stop guessing what your list wants. They already told you.

It is sitting in your replies, survey answers, and comments. Today, AI sorts it for you. Then you pick the PLR email pack that answers it.

AI News Worth Knowing

OpenAI is retiring four older API models. GPT-4o, GPT-4o mini, GPT-4.1, and GPT-4.1 mini shut down on January 14, 2027. OpenAI recommends GPT-6 Luna as the replacement.

Why it matters: if a Make.com or Zapier scenario calls one of these models, it will stop working. Check your scenarios this week. Test the new model on a saved input before you switch.

Google opened Deep Review to everyone. It reads a long PDF or text file and flags logic gaps, unsupported claims, and inconsistencies. Every user gets two free reviews a week. More on this below.

PLR Profit Angle: Send the Sequence They Already Asked For

The payoff: an email sequence your list opens because it answers their exact words.

Most PLR email packs miss for one reason. They answer a question nobody on your list asked.

Your list has already told you what they need. AI can sort their words in minutes. It finds the top problems, the exact phrases, and the doubts holding them back.

Match one PLR email pack to the top problem. Rebrand it using their phrases. Send it.

You write less. Your emails sound like your readers. That is the whole point.

Try this prompt:

Prompt

You are an email marketing strategist who has run audience research for small creator businesses for 15 years. You turn messy subscriber feedback into clear decisions about what to write and sell next.

My business: [what you sell, in one line]
My list: [size, who they are, how they joined]
What I’m deciding: which PLR email sequence to rebrand and send next
PLR email packs I own: [titles, one per line]

Raw feedback: [paste 20 to 50 replies, survey answers, or comments. Remove names and email addresses first.]

Before you analyze anything, ask me up to 3 questions about anything unclear.

Then:

Group the feedback into the top 5 problems. Rank them by how often they appear. For each problem, quote 2 to 3 exact phrases my readers used. Do not paraphrase. List the top 3 objections or doubts you see, and the belief behind each one. Write a one-paragraph reader profile using only what the feedback shows. Label anything you are guessing as a guess. Match each problem to the best-fit PLR pack from my list. Say “no match” if none fit. Recommend one sequence to send next. Explain why in 3 sentences. Write 5 subject lines for that sequence, built from my readers’ exact phrases.

Rules: Use only the feedback I gave you. Do not invent quotes, numbers, or trends. If the sample is too small to trust, say so.

Last step: Review your own work. Flag any conclusion that rests on fewer than 3 pieces of feedback.

No replies yet? Send one email today with one question: “What’s the one thing you’re stuck on right now?” Run the prompt on Friday.

AI Tool of the Week: Google Deep Review

One tool, one honest look.

What it does: reads a long document and checks it for logic gaps, unsupported claims, and terms that don’t line up.

Good for: a full PLR email sequence before it goes out. Save the whole sequence as one PDF and upload it. Use it to catch problems like a Day 2 promise that Day 5 never delivers.

Not good for: voice. It checks logic, not whether it sounds like you.

Know this: you get two free reviews a week. Google says uploads are not used to train its models, but they are stored for one year. Keep client files and anything confidential out.

Marketing Move

Add one question to your welcome email: “What’s the one thing you’re stuck on right now?”

Every answer feeds next month’s prompt. Your research keeps coming in with no extra work.

Fun Tidbit

The reply button is the most underused research tool in your business. It is free. It is already installed. Most people just never ask a question worth answering.

Hey Friend, Happy Tuesday! Opening Note from Sharon Denise had a sleep and stress journal sitting in her PLR folder for eight months. The content was solid. Prompts, trackers, a seven-day reset plan. But the cover was a stock photo of a sunset and a font she didn’t love. “Nobody’s going to buy this,” she told me. “It looks like everybody else’s.” She was right about the cover. She was wrong about the product. So we didn’t rewrite a single page. We redesigned what people see first. By Friday,...

Hey Friend, Happy Monday! A Note from Sharon One line in your prompt turns a generic family pack into something your reader trusts. Family PLR sells because the topics never go out of style. Bedtime battles, screen time, sibling fights, aging parents. But family readers can smell a pamphlet. They want someone who has been there. Most of us prompt with “rewrite this in my voice.” The AI has no idea what that voice has lived through. The fix is one sentence about who you are. I call it the...

Hey Friend, Happy Sunday! Let’s be honest. Most of us don’t hate spreadsheets. We hate starting them. The blank grid. The formula you looked up last month and forgot. The tracker you meant to build in January. So the budget lives in your head. The content plan lives on sticky notes. The project list lives in three different apps. That’s why I want you to see The Spreadsheet Studio Skill Set. It’s a set of AI skills that help you build smarter spreadsheets by describing what you need. You say...
